Redevelopment
We first met Mike Pestridge when he responded to our search for a quality contractor to help us with the redevelopment of our Cotswold home. We were immediately impressed with the quality of his written responses and the care and attention shown in talking through our vision. Although we thought this first phase of work would be relatively simple and straightforward, it proved anything but. Our home was first built in 1830 but underwent a major extension in the 1950’s adhering to building regulations a long way from what we would expect today. Nonetheless, Mike Pestridge and his team worked with great empathy and skill and transformed our home to something well beyond our hopes and vision. His attention to detail, craftsmanship and care is rarely seen in contractors today. You really got the feeling that Mike was taking care of his own home, not a client. Although our home was a nice home, it lacked the ‘wow’ factor. Thanks to Pestridge Construction we now have an amazing home with a ‘WOW’ not only expressed by us but everyone that visits.
